  • PRE-ADMISSION MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS :
    Candidates securing minimum aggregate percentage of marks in the last qualifying examination with CET Rank as per Chart given below automatically become entitled to following one time Pre-Admission Scholarship provided they applied online for it before filing their Ist preference for taking admission in following courses at IITM

  • IN-HOUSE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP
    To acknowledge and to encourage the brilliant academic performers, the Institute awards Annual Merit Scholarships to the students on the basis of their annual academic performance in the University examinations. The details of scholarships are appended below :
    i. Program-wise IITM Group Topper Rs.20,000/- ii. Program-wise Institutional Group Topper Rs.15,000/- iii. Class Topper Rs.10,000/- iv. Subject –wise University Toppers Rs.500/- v. Program-wise University Topper 24 Carat 8gm Gold Medal

NOTE :

  • It is important to note that the In-House Merit Scholarships cited at Sl.No. i, ii, iii & iv are applicable during the Ist & IInd year i.e. during the first four semesters only as these winners during the 3rd year (IVth & Vth Semester) are expected to vie for the University Gold Medal / Shield and Matshre Lilawati Gold Medal coined with a 24K, 8gms Ginni.
  • The above Scholarships are applicable only on securing minimum 90% and above marks and holding rank among the first three University Toppers
  • A student shall be entitled only for one Scholarship i.e. the highest one he / she is eligible for.
